In connection with our mobile applications, we can also obtain your phone number and details about your mobile operator.

If You apply for a position at AERIS or we receive Your Information in connection with a possible role at AERIS, we may use such Information to evaluate your application and contact You.  If you are a candidate, at the time of registration, you will receive more Information about how AERIS handles Personal Information from applicants, and will be directed to a platform managed by a third party that is AERIS’ partner. If you represent a partner supplier or an AERIS customer, we may receive your personal data in connection with the performance of our activities (purchasing supplies, selling products and providing services) and we may use such Information to contact You. If you are a supplier, at the time of registration, you will receive more Information about how AERIS handles Personal Information, and you will be directed to a platform managed by a third party that is an AERIS’ partner. Shared Information

We may share your Information with:
Service providers in Brazil and other jurisdictions that provide services on our behalf.

In addition, when Information collected from or about You does not identify you as a specific person, we may share it with third parties.  We may disclose even more Information about You (i) if we are required by law or legal process; (ii) to police authorities or other public officials and agencies; and (iii) when we believe that disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm, damage or financial loss or in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual fraudulent or illegal activity.  We also reserve the right to transfer Information we hold about You in the event of a proposed or completed sale or transfer of all or part of our business or assets (including in the event of reorganization, dissolution or liquidation).

Free Access

To update your preferences, ask to remove your Information from our mailing lists and text messages or contact us.
You have the right to access, review, update, correct inaccuracies and delete your Personal Information under our control, subject to certain exceptions prescribed by law. When You can submit a request, we may request certain Personal Information in order to verify the identity of the person seeking to access your Information records.


How We Protect The Information

We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the Personal Information we hold about You from destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or accidental, illegal or unauthorized use.
We use principles such as “Privacy by design” and “Security by design” respecting your privacy and protecting your data in our internal processes as a whole.
We only treat your Information with a high degree of security, implementing best practices in use in the industry for data protection, such as encryption techniques, monitoring and periodic security tests. However, it is not possible to completely guarantee the non-occurrence of interceptions and violations of AERIS systems and databases, since the internet has its security structure in permanent improvement.


Information Transfers

The Services may be hosted and / or managed from a country outside of Brazil in which You initially provided the Information.
