We may also use your Information in other ways for which we provide specific notice at the time of collection.
If you represent a partner supplier or an AERIS customer, we may receive your personal data in connection with the performance of our activities (purchasing supplies, selling products and providing services) and we may use such Information to contact You. If you are a supplier, at the time of registration, you will receive more Information about how AERIS handles Personal Information, and you will be directed to a platform managed by a third party that is an AERIS’ partner. Shared Information
We may share your Information with:
Service providers in Brazil and other jurisdictions that provide services on our behalf.
Our third party customers or business partners, such as social media networks and advertising agencies, and other third parties for the purposes of marketing those third parties, such as to serve targeted ads.
In addition, when Information collected from or about You does not identify you as a specific person, we may share it with third parties. Free Access
To update your preferences, ask faleconosco@aerisenergy.com.br to remove your Information from our mailing lists and text messages or contact us.
You have the right to access, review, update, correct inaccuracies and delete your Personal Information under our control, subject to certain exceptions prescribed by law. When You can submit a request, we may request certain Personal Information in order to verify the identity of the person seeking to access your Information records.
How We Protect The Information
We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the Personal Information we hold about You from destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or accidental, illegal or unauthorized use.
We use principles such as “Privacy by design” and “Security by design” respecting your privacy and protecting your data in our internal processes as a whole.
