To give legitimacy and fluidity to processes, Aeris has strived to make roles and responsibilities clear throughout the governance structure. Thus, the president and directors were named sponsors and ambassadors of values. The Human Resources area became the guardian, responsible for managing and executing the work.
Finally, some employees received the title of Transformation Agents, in order to disseminate the Company's way of being.
