Alexandre Sarnes Negrão is a Brazilian businessman with diversified investments in key sectors of the economy, including energy, real estate and agriculture. A graduate of FGV-RJ, he also has a solid executive background, having completed the Executive Course in the Program for Leadership Development (PLD) at IESE Business School in 2013 and the Owner Management Program (OMP) at UCLA Anderson School of Management in 2019. Since 2009, Alexandre has played a key role as Vice President at Conforto Empreendimentos e Participações S/A, a leading company in the agribusiness sector in Brazil. At Aeris Energy, his career has been remarkable: he was a member of the Board of Directors for seven years, from 2010 to 2017, and returned in January 2023 as a full member. Between 2017 and 2021, he held the position of CEO of the company and resumed this leadership position in January 2023.
Alexandre currently holds relevant positions in representative bodies, including the vice-presidency of ABIMAQ’s wind energy council, the board of directors of the Global Wind Energy Council – GWEC and, since 2025, he has once again served as a Board Member of ABEEólica – the Brazilian Wind Energy Association, a position he previously held between 2018 and 2021. He is also a member of the Brazil-United States CEO Council, reinforcing his strategic role in promoting the wind sector internationally. He contributes significantly to the development of the wind energy sector in Brazil and worldwide.
Marcelo is a mechanical engineer, with an MBA in Business Management from PUC Rio de Janeiro, in Services Marketing from ESPM and an Executive MBA from Insper, in addition to several specializations in leadership and strategy from institutions such as Insead, University of Berlin, Duke CE and University of Nebrija. He has extensive experience in operations, having worked at Gerdau for 27 years, three of which as Chief Operating Officer in Brazil.
Marcelo also served as Director of Engineering and Maintenance at Ternium Brasil and Director of Engineering at Usiminas. Since February 2023, he has been Vice President
of Operations and Human Resources at Aeris Energy.
Azevedo has a professional career spanning almost 20 years managing global financial operations from positions on boards of directors and management committees.
He was CFO at companies such as Atento, a multinational call center company, and Unidas, one of the largest in the vehicle rental and fleet outsourcing segment. He has a degree in business administration, a postgraduate degree in economics and several specializations in strategy, governance, among others, from institutions such as Columbia Business School, the University of California and Insead.
Since August 2023, he has been Vice President of Finance at Aeris Energy.
Cássio is an engineer, holds a master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering and has extensive industrial experience, having worked for large companies such as Vallourec & Mannesmann Tubes and Embraer.
A visionary, he is one of the founding directors of Aeris Energy, where he was responsible for managing the company’s Operations for 10 years, including Production, Engineering, Quality and all other support sectors.
Between 2021 and 2024, he was in charge of the company’s HR department, being responsible for managing all subsystems in the area and for leading the implementation and improvement of several programs, such as Culture, Leadership Development, Technical Training and Performance Assessment.
In mid-2024, Cássio took over as vice president of Aeris Services LATAM and USA, a specialized services division created by Aeris Energy to serve the wind energy market
in repairs, painting, inspections, and preventive and corrective maintenance.
Graduated in Law from Universidade Potiguar, she has a specialization in Tax Law from Universidade Católica de São Paulo, is a specialist in Contract Law from Escola Paulista de Direito, and has an LLM in Business Law from IBMEC.
She has consolidated experience in leading Corporate Law for large companies, with a strong generalist profile in the areas of Contract Law, Corporate, M&A, Regulatory, Labor, Intellectual Property, Tax, Data Protection/Privacy, and compliance, as well as in structuring and leading Compliance and Corporate Governance areas.
She has national and international experience in leading complex projects in North America, China and the European Union at Siemens Gamesa, in addition to having a strong business vision, a “business-oriented” profile, creating proactive legal strategies, and leading M&A issues aligned with the companies’ growth strategies.
She is currently the Legal, Compliance and Institutional Communications Director at Aeris Energy, responsible for corporate governance, integrity program, institutional
relations, corporate communications, diversity and inclusion, and social responsibility.
Vitor de Araújo Santos is an aeronautical engineer graduated from the University of São Paulo (USP), with an MBA from COPPEAD and specializations in Business Management from Stanford University and Innovation Management from the University of Oxford.
He is one of the founders of Aeris Energy, having worked at the company since its inception, contributing to several strategic areas, such as Engineering, Quality and Operations. He currently holds the position of Technology and Innovation Director, focusing on the development of new products and businesses that drive results and contribute to the company’s strategic objectives.
He has a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of São Paulo and a specialization in Business Administration from the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV).
Co-founder of Aeris Energy, he has been with the company since it was founded in 2010, having worked in different areas during this time.
He is currently Commercial and Supply Chain Director.
An aeronautical engineer with a degree from the University of São Paulo and a specialization in Business Management from the Dom Cabral Foundation, Douglas has worked in the wind energy sector for over 12 years, with solid experience in the areas of Quality, Engineering and Production.
He began his career as a Quality Engineer at Aeris Energy in 2013 and, over the years, has taken on positions of increasing responsibility, working in the areas of Processes, Quality, Engineering and Operations.
He currently holds the position of Director of Quality and Engineering, leading strategic initiatives aimed at operational excellence and innovation in the manufacture of wind blades.
He has a degree in Mechanical Production Engineering from the Federal University of Ceará (UFC), an Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Coruña, a specialization in Business Management from the Dom Cabral Foundation and a degree in the Executive Development Program in Business Administration and Management from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management.
Rafael has been with Aeris Energy for 12 years, where he began his career as a Planning and Management trainee in 2012. He then took on challenges in the positions of analyst and production manager.
He is currently Operations Director, responsible for the Operations department, which includes Production, Maintenance, HSE, IT, Industrial Logistics and PPCP.
Jonathan Figueiredo is a Production Engineer from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), with an MBA in Business Management from the Getulio Vargas Foundation and training in Leadership Development from the Dom Cabral Foundation.
A professional with 25 years’ experience in the energy, aeronautics, metal-mechanics and plastics industries, working to define strategies for long-term growth, he has solid experience in leading companies such as Novartis and Embraer.
He joined Aeris Energy in 2020 as Industrial Executive Manager and later took on the position of Operations Director, responsible for wind blade manufacturing operations for two of the world’s largest wind turbine manufacturers: Vestas and WEG.
He is currently Director of Services at Aeris Services LATAM, responsible for leading service operations in the region and consolidating solutions that add value to the client and the company’s strategy.

Evandro Prado has a consolidated career with 36 years’ experience in various industrial areas, including Commercial, Materials and Production Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality.
Over the last 29 years, he has held leadership positions in multinational companies, standing out for his expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma projects, Root Cause Analysis and the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Action plans.
Since joining Aeris Services in 2018, Evandro has dedicated himself to developing and leading multidisciplinary teams, promoting a culture of high performance and focus on results. His mentoring and coaching skills have been key to motivating and developing employees.
Currently, as Director of Services at Aeris Services USA, he leads strategic initiatives aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of the services provided, consolidating the company’s position as a benchmark in the sector.
