Our employees are an integral and vital part of Aeris. Therefore, everyone must be responsible for what is OURS: assets, information, image and reputation. Everyone must ensure that our assets endure, and that we are always within an ecosystem where ethics and integrity are a natural part of our daily lives.
Our third parties* are also an essential part of achieving excellence in our products. Therefore, we must maintain a relationship of respect, trust and integrity, and this relationship must be a two-way street, in order to be sustainable. The same applies to Aeris’ relationship with public agents, for all levels of government.
*Third parties: Any individual or legal entity that is not an employee of Aeris, or that is hired to assist in the performance of its activities, such as partners, representatives, customers, suppliers, service providers in general, consultants, outsourced workers, agents acting on behalf of Aeris.
Our concern for the environment and society is part of our business, with a focus on renewable energy with an exceptionally low environmental impact. Thus, Sustainability, the Environment and Community Leadership help us to be an increasingly better company, making the world a better place.
Our fundamental principle is respect for the law. Therefore, compliance with the legal systems and Aeris policies is the basic requirement for honest conduct and should always be prioritized under any circumstances.
Aeris has an outsourced Reporting Channel to ensure confidentiality and anonymity for the complainant, as well as the confidentiality of information. The complainant can
report the incident through the website www.canaldedenuncia.com.br/aeris or by calling 0800-882-0611.
If the report is filed via the website, it is possible to attach audio, video, photo files, and even other types of documents in DOCX, XLS, CSV, PDF, PNG, JPG, MP4, WAV, PPT, TXT formats, up to 1 GB in size.
When filing a report, either through the website or by calling 0800, a six-digit protocol number will be provided so that the complainant can monitor the progress of the analysis of the report, if desired. For those who filed the report via 0800, the protocol number can also be used to access the system and include evidence such as image, audio, video files, etc.
When making a complaint, Aeris guarantees confidentiality, anonymity and ensures that no retaliation will occur as a result of the complaint. If the complainant chooses to identify himself, his identity will be kept completely confidential, in accordance with the company’s internal policies.
Aeris has a principle of zero tolerance for unethical conduct.
