Initiative seeks to register professionals for future opportunities at the company and reinforce its commitment to diversity and inclusion
Aeris Energy, Latin America’s largest manufacturer of wind turbine blades, will hold a joint effort to form an Affirmative Talent Bank focused on People with Disabilities (PCD), in partnership with the National Employment System (SINE) of Fortaleza. The initiative aims to identify professionals interested in future opportunities at the company and strengthen diversity and inclusion actions in the corporate environment.
The registration drive will take place in person on February 23, 2026, starting at 8 a.m., at SINE Aldeota, in Fortaleza. During the meeting, participants will be able to register and talk directly with the Aeris Human Resources team to ask questions about the job market, career opportunities, and the work routine at the company.
The creation of the talent bank reinforces the company’s commitment to promoting a more diverse, collaborative, and innovative work environment, in addition to mapping professional profiles and creating connections with candidates who may fill future positions, in line with the expected new demands of the sector in Brazil.
