Opportunities are available for students from various fields and reinforce the company’s commitment to talent development and regional growth.
Aeris Energy, a leading Brazilian manufacturer of wind turbine blades, has opened applications for 61 internship positions in its 2026 “Geração Aeris” program, aimed at university students. These opportunities reinforce the company’s commitment to promoting professional development and fostering technical and behavioral skills aligned with the demands of the renewable energy sector.
Selected students will work in various areas of the company, including operations, sales and supply chain, quality, services and O&M, engineering, and other technical and administrative areas. The program includes direct team mentoring, as well as the participation of interns in projects and routines involving real-world challenges in the industrial and corporate environment.
Geração Aeris is a well-established initiative within the company. Created in 2020, the program has already hosted 152 interns, 75 of whom have been hired full-time, representing a 49.3% conversion rate since its inception, highlighting the initiative’s role as an important gateway to the job market and career development in the renewable energy sector. After a period of adjustments experienced by the entire wind energy chain in Brazil, the sector is beginning to project signs of recovery from the second half of 2026, driven by the reactivation of investments, the maturation of already signed contracts, and expectations of new projects. In this context, Aeris announces the opening of vacancies and maintains its economic and social relevance, continuing as one of the largest employers in Ceará, focusing on the preservation of technical knowledge, talent development, and preparation for the next growth cycle of the sector.
“More than a first professional experience, the internship is a structured learning stage. We seek to connect academic knowledge to market practice, preparing students for technical and operational challenges and contributing to the training of qualified professionals, which benefits the individual’s development as a citizen, but also contributes to the economic and social development of the entire region,” comments Margarida de Jesus, Human Resources Manager at Aeris.
The executive emphasizes that the Aeris program has a unique advantage, as it offers participants the opportunity to experience the day-to-day operations of a company embedded in a strategic industrial chain for the energy transition, with access to production processes, multidisciplinary projects, and guidance from experienced professionals in a relevant and complex ecosystem.
“During the internship, I had the opportunity to learn in practice, participate in the area’s routine, and count on the support of people who truly believe in the development of interns. Here, I wasn’t just seen as an intern, but as someone who could contribute, learn, and evolve every day, and that made all the difference to my growth at Aeris.” Bianca Marques, former intern of the Geração Aeris program and currently employed as a Facilities Analyst at the company.
