The country's largest wind turbine blade producer, Aeris Energy, has just released its seventh edition of the 2022 Sustainability Report. In the publication, the company presents commitments and initiatives related to the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) agenda, as well as the reporting of its economic and operational performance over the past year.
Similar to previous years, the report follows the guidelines of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), an international methodology adopted by organizations from different countries and sectors for sustainability reporting. Aligned with the methodology, the definition of the reported topics involved the participation of representatives from various stakeholder groups of Aeris, such as employees, investors, and suppliers, who were consulted regarding the relevance of certain social, environmental, and governance topics for sustainability.
