Aeris Energy, which has just completed a decade of operation in Ceará, hired another 25 People with Disabilities (PwDs) in 2019 through the Labor Development Institute (IDT).
The result enable the company in receiving this Wednesday (23) the certificate "Complete Company, Company that Includes", which recognizes the 20 organizations that most admitted People with Disabilities. Thus, Aeris Energy strengthens its commitment to social inclusion for work and reinforces the purpose of contributing to a better world by betting on the valorization of human beings. The recognition of IDT reaffirms the search for diversity on which people management is based at Aeris Energy, also considered one of the three best large companies to work for in Ceará, according to the Great Place To Work (GPTW) ranking.
