Aeris Energy, Latin America’s largest manufacturer of wind turbine blades, opened its Training Center in the United States, in Houston, Texas. The initiative is part of Aeris Services’ sustainable growth strategy, which focuses on workforce training and technical standardization.
At a time when the global wind energy market is undergoing a reorganization, this investment signals long-term confidence and reinforces Aeris’s position as an operational leader in the sector.

Two rooms dedicated to technical analysis, with engineering support for services and procedures based on actual field repairs.

An American safety professional (specializing in U.S. standards and regulatory requirements) and a Brazilian technical specialist with more than 15 years of experience in the U.S. market.
First class of 12 professionals, divided between laminating and sanding. Courses initially aimed at the Aeris team, with plans to open them up to the external market in the future.
The mobile trailer allows teams in the field—especially newly promoted professionals—to be monitored, thereby reinforcing technical standardization in actual operations.
One of the center’s key distinguishing features is the Aeris Services mobile trailer: a unit equipped with materials and technical resources that accompanies the teams directly to construction sites.
The trailer ensures continuity of post-course training, providing technical supervision for newly promoted professionals or those still in the adjustment phase, thereby reinforcing the standardization and quality of services provided in the field.
Inside, it is equipped with safety lockers, a generator, an AED, a fire extinguisher, and complete signage in accordance with U.S. standards.
